How do I access my purchased course?+
After purchase you receive an email with login details. Log in at any time from your dashboard to watch recorded lessons and download resources.
What equipment do I need to start?+
A mixing bowl, kitchen scale, Dutch oven or baking steel, and a bench scraper are essential. Full lists are provided per course.
Do I need a sourdough starter before enrolling?+
No. Our starter course teaches you how to create and maintain a healthy starter from scratch.
Are refunds available?+
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course.
How long are the courses?+
Most courses run 4–8 weeks with 2–3 hours of content per week plus practice time.
Can I ask questions during the course?+
Yes. Each course includes a private forum where instructors answer questions within 48 hours.
Is there a live component?+
Yes. Two optional live Q&A sessions are scheduled per course at convenient times.
Do the recipes use metric or imperial measurements?+
All recipes are provided in both metric and imperial units for convenience.
